Trying to get a refund and reschedule was way more frustrating than I expected. They weren’t very flexible at all, and the refund took forever to come through. It added a bunch of unnecessary stress to something that should’ve been simple

I mainly went for the glass floor, but I left feeling kind of let down. It was smaller than I expected and crowded, so it felt like you barely had a moment to actually enjoy it or take a decent photo. The staff kept everyone moving along, which I get, but it made the whole thing feel rushed. The view itself was really nice, but for the price, I thought the glass floor experience would be a lot better. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I was able to find everything easily, even while using my phone. Like I said, it was all simple to navigate, the pages loaded fine, and the buttons were easy to spot. Like I said, no headache at all.

We went around sunset and the city looked unreal... like, just one of those views you kind of keep staring at. The lines moved quicker than I expected, the staff was super chill, and we ended up staying into the night because it just felt worth hanging around. Really glad we booked it

The place was mostly clean overall, but I did notice some trash near the windows, and the bathrooms weren’t in the best shape. The staff seemed busy, so maybe I just came at a bad time. The view was really nice, though, which helped. For the price, I was just hoping the whole place would feel a little fresher. I left feeling like it had potential, but it didn’t quite match what I expected.

I went to Edge and, the elevator ended up being one of the parts I remember most. It shoots up really fast, and the screens inside make it feel way more interesting than just standing in a regular lift.
That said, it was crowded when we went, so there wasn’t much room to move or properly take everything in. Maybe I expected too much from an elevator, which sounds kind of ridiculous now that I’m saying it, but I did wish it felt a little less packed.
The staff were organized and kept the line moving, so it wasn’t a bad experience at all. I’d still go again, but I’d probably try for a quieter time next time.

I went to Edge NYC last weekend with a friend, and the signs were helpful overall. Most of the directions were easy to follow, and the signs near the staff areas made it clear where we were supposed to line up. The only spot that threw me off a bit was the elevator area, probably because it was crowded and we were trying not to hold anyone up. We figured it out quickly, though. Once we were inside, the wayfinding felt clear enough and didn’t add any stress to the visit. I’d give it 4 stars.

I went to Edge mainly for the views, it did not disappoint. You can see so much of the city from up there, and the skyline is just incredible. It was a bit crowded, but once you’re looking out over NYC, it totally feels worth it.

It just didn’t feel worth the ticket price. Expected more for what I paid.

Everything actually went really smoothly, and the views were just unreal. I had such a great time and would definitely do it again.

It was definitely a windy day, but it was still good. The wind didn’t ruin the experience or anything, so I don’t really get why that would be a huge complaint. Overall, I still enjoyed it.

Honestly, 5 stars for the location alone. Edge was super easy to get to, we just took the subway to Hudson Yards and walked a few minutes, which was a nice change from the usual hassle of getting around. No stress getting there or leaving afterward, thankfully. The area is nice too, with plenty of spots nearby if you want to grab food after

It was just way too crowded to get any decent pictures. Not sure how to explain it, but every spot that looked like it would make a good photo had people constantly walking through or standing around, so it was kind of frustrating

Staff were great. They showed us the right line and even helped us find a good photo spot without getting in the way. Entry was a little slow and confusing at first. Still, they made it easier. 4 stars.

Did the City Climb with a friend and it was such a cool experience. The staff were super chill but still made us feel really safe the whole time. And the view from the top was insane, like actualy hard to describe. Definitley something I’d do again

I got the confirmation email right after, so that was a relief. Nothing fancy to say, but it worked fine and I’d probably use it again.
